out of the frustrations listed to the left.

iDox2 incorporates
a user friendly interface to grab the scanned documents then name and file
them with a SmartTag name in a logical filing system on your network drive.

iDox2 uses
inexpensive hard drive storage (< $0.30/Gb) and a smart filing system to
ensure you have safe, inexpensive, retrievable, and reliable document storage.

iDox2 integrates
with SAGE PFW or MS Dynamics GP directly to the AR, AP, Order Entry and
Purchase Order modules.

IDox2 allows you
to link documents directly to the AR Invoice, AP Voucher, PO - Purchase Order
number or the Order Entry - Order number.

Documents linked
by PO or Order Number are automatically tracked to the AP Voucher and AR
Invoice. You don't loose track of documents.

You can attach
over 99 documents to each Invoice, Voucher, PO or Order

Can attach any
type of document: Word, Excel, PDF, TIFF, BMP.... If Windows recognizes it
