DBS Remote Support tool is a temporary program that will allow you to connect to our support server.

This tool is a 'by permission only' tool. What does that mean?

1) You have to initiate the request for support. We can NOT gain access to your machine without you requesting the support ever.

2) The program un-installs itself after the program is closed.

3) You will need to call the office and make and appointment.

Downloads

This will download a small program which you will have to 'Open' or 'Run.'
You may be told the 'Publisher could not be verified' Click 'Accept,'Yes', etc.
You may have to save it to your desktop first.
After the session is finished, the program will un-install itself.
