    • Office Hours are 8:30am to 5:00pm - Monday  thru Friday.
    • In the Summer, we are closed on Mondays.
    • Summer hours begin on Memorial Day and go through Labor Day.

    • You can always press zero (0) to get a real person - if you do not enjoy the automated voice prompt.
  • Voice Mail:
    • Although voice mail is available for our entire staff, our consultants are typically "on the road".   They will make every attempt to return voice mail messages in 24-48 hours.  However, if you need immediate assistance, you can always press zero (0) to get a real person.
    • After business hours, voice mail can also be left in the "general mailbox".
  • Email:
    • Please email all support requests to Support@d-b-s.com.  This ensures that all support requests are properly logged and handled by the appropriate person, as quickly as possible.

       Connect For Support

 Step #1:  Call 802-383-1600 x 0 and ensure someone is available to assist you

Step #2: Open a web browser (IE or Mozilla/Firefox) and navigate to www.joingotomeeting.com.

Step #3: Enter the 9 digit code (without dashes) that the D-B-S support person reads to you over the phone.

Step #4: Allow the small download to take place (it will be removed after the session) and install the program.

Note for Mozilla/Firefox users: You will need to save the file some place you can remember. After the download, you will need to find this file and double click it to begin the install process.

Step #5: Once started, the support person will give you 'control' as the 'Presenter' and a message will instruct you to close down sensitive programs, 'Give Control' as 'Presenter' (Answer YES) and click 'Show My Screen' to allow sharing of your computer. (Click the 'Right Triangle'  button above 'Show My Screen'.
